We operate from 8:30AM – 5:30PM (GMT+8) Mon-Fri. All transactions made after said cut-off time shall be treated as transaction for the next business day.

Transactions
All purchases made are manually reviewed and checked. We have the right to ask for some identifications during the verification process if deemed necessary. Dispensing of credits may take up to 2 hours or more. But usually within minutes if there are no problems with the payments and the queue is short.

Refunds
All sales are final. Make sure to enter correct information only. Once credit is successfully dispensed to the recipient’s number given by the buyer, no refund will be given. In the event the product purchased is not available or we are having problems with our gateways, buyer will be contacted and be given refund.
